Today is the second anniversary of the launch of BBS. July 2020 seems both very long ago and just yesterday. We want to take a moment to thank all of our amazing clients, we could not be here without you. We could not be prouder of the people and companies we get to represent every day.

There is one avenue to protect these rights, though, that has been underdiscussed: action by local officials in states and cities to protect abortion access, even in red states that seek to ban abortion.

BBS was proud to file this lawsuit today on behalf our client, Ridwell - a great company doing great things for the community and the environment:

It’s been about two months since the BBS launch, so we thought it might be a good time for a mini-retrospective. While the support for BBS at launch was overwhelming, we got a lot of good questions: Why now? How did your clients respond? What makes you different? Why the three of you, in three different states? And though we thought we had good answers for each of those questions, a few months in we have no doubt about how we answer those questions.
