BBS Files Supreme Court Amicus Brief in Prosperity v. Bonta

We listened closely to the Supreme Court argument in Americans for Prosperity v. Bonta this morning. BBS was proud to author an amicus brief in support of the California Attorney General from over a dozen of the nation's top scholars on this bleak period in American history, and making clear the stark differences between the threats that NAACP members faced in the 1950s and 1960s and the hypothetical chance of a boycott faced by today's non-profits.

A copy of the the brief is available at: https://lnkd.in/gBnUyBs
