Taylor Jaszewski
Taylor is a litigator specializing in commercial disputes, securities law, and government enforcement defense. He has helped clients operate in complex regulatory environments, navigate niche areas of law, and manage challenging and sensitive cases. Beyond his substantive experience, Taylor is known for building a strong relationship with his clients and distilling complicated legal issues into clear, actionable advice.
Taylor was previously an attorney in the San Francisco office of Dechert LLP. In addition to his civil litigation experience, Taylor contributed to high-profile internal investigations for entities ranging from emerging companies in Silicon Valley to major public corporations. At Dechert, he also defended individuals in white-collar criminal defense matters. Taylor maintains a strong pro bono practice with a focus on criminal justice reform.
Taylor lives in Oakland, CA, and is a native of Richmond, VA. He is admitted to practice in both California and the District of Columbia.
