Gina Elliott
Gina has experience representing public entities and private companies through all stages of a case, from pre-litigation investigation through appeal. She excels at digging deeply into a client’s business to understand every aspect of their problem and how a case will impact the entity as a whole. Gina has particular expertise in commercial litigation and advising public entities and non-profit or other mission-driven organizations facing litigation.
Gina started her career in Munger, Tolles, and Olson in Los Angeles, where she conducted multiple high-stakes investigations and represented technology and entertainment companies and a public university in complex litigation. Since joining Bradley Bernstein Sands, she has taken a leading role in cases across the spectrum of the firm’s work.
Gina maintains an active pro bono practice, representing both individuals and non-profit organizations at trial and appeal in areas including immigration, disability, and constitutional law. She is trained in trauma-informed practices.
